Laissez les bon temps rouler! We know Christmas just ended but Mardi Gras is coming early this year and carnival time will be here before you know it.
We are so excited to announce our 7th Annual “Petite Mardi Gras at the Mansion!” We are ready to let the good times roll in Baton Rouge with our very own krewe of princesses featuring Tiana, Rapunzel, Belle and Jasmine in the beautiful old Governor’s Mansion, 502 North Blvd for a family friendly children’s Mardi Gras Ball!
We will be hosting two sessions on Saturday, January 31st and sessions will be held at 1:00 and 3:00. Guests will be treated to a performance by 4 of our beloved princesses, enjoy a “king cake decorating” activity, colorful mocktails and a princess storytime. Children can join in a second line to all of your favorite Mardi Gras tunes and there will be many wonderful photo ops. Dress will be party/cocktail clothes for adults and party/costumes for children.
We can’t wait to second line down to the mansion with you this Mardi Gras! Tickets are $48 per person and every person entering is required to purchase a ticket. Infants under the age of one are free. Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 2nd at noon. Tickets go extremely fast for these events so make sure to be ready to log on right at noon.
